Scars Rodriguez, at the time of this writing, is a middle-aged man who still sees himself as 26…but with wisdom. He responds to every meaninglessly habitual “How are you?” by smiling and saying, “It’s another day in paradise!”
And he means it.
Though he has managed to dodge creating any life in his 30+ years of being reproductively capable, he hasn’t managed to dodge the pain life throws at him constantly, which is probably why he smiles so much.
